KSSR is the curriculum in Malaysia Education system while PBS is the way to access pupils' learning under KSSR. So, we should hav a Jawatankuasa PBS and not Jawatankuasa KSSR.

Altogether, there are 4 types of file.
(i) Fail Induk - there will be only 1 fail induk for pbs in school (3inch file) . this is the main file for PBS and it should be kept in the office. During pemantauan, this will be the 1st file to be checked. This file should be handle by Setiausaha. The documents in this files will be contributed by Setiausaha, PK pentadbiran, penyelaras PBS and related teachers.

(ii) Fail guru/matapelajaran - For each subject in each class, there will be a file. these files are for each teacher to keep their works, pupils' progression report and etc. This file will be kept in staffroom so that it is convinient for teachers to use it.
In this file, there will be 9 items:
(1)MAKLUMAT GURU
(2)STANDARD KURIKULUM - can download frm:www.moe.gov.my/bpk
(3)STANDARD PRESTASI - can download frm:www.moe.gov.my/lp (no BC version is provided except the subject of Bahasa Cina)
(4)INSTRUMEN PENTAKSIRAN - teachers hav to prepare instrumen as a record of the planning of pentaksiran. In another words, this is the master copy of the works that teachers created to assess pupils. for assessment in reading, listening and speaking, there will be no evidence in fail murid as we couldn't record pupil's speech in each lesson. so, teachers must prepare this instrumen. if the assessment that teachers plan involve worksheets, teachers can photostat and giv to pupils and later, this will be the evidence in pupils' file.

评价步骤:
(1)教师要求学生仔细聆听,必要时可以用笔做记录。
(2)教师扮演校长在集会时说话。例:
“明天,我们学校将庆祝一年一度的教师节。同学们必须穿整齐的运动服来进行游戏。游戏后,师生就一块儿享用茶点。放学时间是中午1时正。”
(3)教师引导学生说出重点。
(4)教师针对个人表现进行评价。

(6)JADUAL WAKTU (PERIBADI GURU & KELAS)
(7)BORANG PRESTASI KELAS - teachers have to create a table to record the progression of pupils in the class on papers before key in the result online. throughout the year, teachers can record this using pencil. then, when it comes to the end of the year, when teachers are sure that the particular pupil had achieved the band, teachers can fill in the form with blue point pen.
(8)BORANG PRESTASI INDIVIDU - each pupil in the class hav to hav 1 sheet of borang prestasi individu in the subject. teachers hav to record pupils' progression individually. If any pupils transfer to other school, the pupil has to bring along this form so that it will be easier for another teacher to continue the pentaksiran.
(9)LAIN-LAIN
(iii) Fail Murid/perkembangan - each pupil in the class has to hav 1 file (3 inch file). these files hav to keep in the class so that it is convinient for all teachers who teach the class to put in the evidence. these files are incharged by class teachers. documents in these files will be contributed by related teachers. in each file, there should hav biodata murid.

**It is nt advisable to take the whole book frm publisher as evidence coz it's nt fair for pentaksiran as pupils can buy it frm bookshop.but teachers can use it as reference.
(iv) Fail Showcase - each class hav to hav 1 file (3 inch file).these files hav to keep in the class so that it is convinient for all teachers who teach the class to put in the best work of pupils for each element in standard pentaksiran. teachers can choose works frm different pupils and put in this file. teachers no need photostat the pupils work and put back in their own file. if teachers use workbook as pentaksiran, teachers can state in the instrumen about the pentaksiran. no photostat copy is required. these files are incharged by class teachers. documents in these files will be contributed by related teachers. in each file, there should hav biodata murid.
In this file, there will be 10 items (evidence for 10 subjects):
