The scheme known as the new Civil Service Remuneration Scheme, or in Malay; Skim Saraan Baru Perkhidmatan Awam (SBPA) replacing the Skim Saraan Malaysia (SSM) will see an annual increment of between RM80 and RM320, in addition to another 7%- 13% increment for those who opt to accept the SBPA.
We are waiting for the Jadual Tangga Gaji SBPA Salary Table from JPA to be out probably next month in November. We will upload the salary scheme table here once we get it. But from some sources, the annual increment or kenaikan tahunan for SPBA is most probably as follow:
Gred 1 -16 : RM80
Gred 17 -26: RM120
Gred 27 -40 : RM 160
Gred 41 - 48 :RM 220
Gred 52 -54 : RM 260
JUSA A B C : RM 320
